Puzzle:what is this lens?

I bought a lens from a garage sale a few years back and only used it for a magnifying glass. Well, I decided to use it on my new camera. Did some research and found it may be from the 1960s...anyways, i used it a couple evenings ago. No post editing. No color grading. Only cutting up the video. But everything besides the text is from using the lens.
